Exciting new course combinations at alfatraining

The course portfolio at alfatraining is constantly being expanded and adapted to current developments and the needs of the job market.

In addition to various courses that can be booked individually, alfatraining will also be offering exciting new course combinations from June 2022 that provide comprehensive qualifications for professional challenges in the world of work 4.0:

• Chief Digital Officer (12 weeks): Chief Digital Officers plan and manage the digital transformation of a company: the course teaches leadership skills, knowledge for personnel development tasks as well as change and innovation management in the area of New Work.
  
• Chief Data Officer (16 weeks): Chief Data Officers are responsible for leading data management within the digital transformation of a company. The course provides the necessary know-how to lead teams, departments, divisions and companies in the face of the challenges of current change processes in the course of digitalization. Important knowledge in the area of big data rounds off the course.
  
• Transformation Manager (12 weeks): The course provides an introduction to the key concepts of Industry 4.0 and knowledge of the challenges of the Internet of Things (IoT) and digital transformation in companies. Gain knowledge in project management and change management. Upon successful completion, you will receive the Industry 4.0 Transformation Expert certificate with TÜV Rheinland-certified qualification from TÜV Rheinland Academy GmbH and the basic certificate in project management (GPM®) in addition to the alfatraining certificate.
  
• Office assistance with SAP (16 weeks): In addition to knowledge of office organization, this course teaches basic knowledge of digital transformation and central SAP application areas. The course concludes with the original SAP User Certificate Foundation Level.
  
• Strategic Purchasing (12 weeks): The course is aimed at employees in purchasing who wish to work in strategic functions or strategic purchasing: The course provides knowledge around operational and strategic purchasing tools, as well as in the areas of price analysis, costing and negotiation. The topic of CIP - the continuous improvement process in product, process and service quality - rounds off the course with the help of DIN EN ISO 9001. After successfully completing the course, participants receive the Purchasing Management 4.0 certificate with a TÜV Rheinland-certified qualification.
  
• Life Science Manager (12 weeks): Life Science is dedicated to biotechnological processes for the production of new medicines, food and animal feed, cosmetics and medical products. Knowledge of the ICH-GCP quality standard, practical knowledge of conducting clinical studies and applicable guidelines for quality assurance of production processes and environments in various areas are taught. Finally, the establishment and administration of a risk management system based on the Medical Device Regulation (MDR) and DIN EN ISO 13485 are covered.
