We work according to defined quality standards (DIN EN ISO 9001:2015 and AZAV) and place each individual at the center of our work. The Managing Director and his deputy are aware of their responsibility to implement the quality standards and bear this responsibility.

Our employees work together collaboratively and on the basis of flat hierarchies and live a transparent, communicative and open corporate culture through the active use of the alfaview® video conferencing system.
Inclusion
People with disabilities are welcome at alfatraining. When selecting our properties, we make sure that our training centers are as accessible as possible. Thanks to optional live transcription, people with hearing impairments can also take part in our training courses via alfaview® without any problems.

alfatraining makes an active contribution to environmental protection by purchasing green electricity (LichtBlick) in almost all training centers at alfatraining and by minimizing business trips thanks to the widespread use of the alfaview® video conferencing software.

Participation in associations
alfatraining is committed to improving the quality of education and better wages in the education sector through its membership of the Berufsverband Beruflicher Weiterbildung (BBB) and in particular through its participation in the BBB's collective bargaining association. alfatraining is also active in many other regional and national associations and organizations.
