Funding of up to 100% of the course costs is possible via Agentur für Arbeit, the job center or other funding agencies in Germany - so your further training is free of charge for you.
You can also have your further training funded via Deutsche Rentenversicherung (DRV), via regional funding programs or via a transfer company (e.g. with the Europäischen Sozialfonds ESF). As a regular soldier, you have the option of attending further training courses via Berufsförderungsdienst (BFD). Companies can also have their employees qualified through funding from Agentur für Arbeit (Qualifizierungschancengesetz). These state funding opportunities only apply to Germany and can be applied for directly via the relevant funding agency. How do I get a Bildungsgutschein?
With a Bildungsgutschein you have the opportunity to take part in further vocational training in Germany free of charge. The costs for your further training are borne by the respective funding agency. You can apply for a Bildungsgutschein from your funding agency if you are looking for work or are unemployed, are on short-time work or your employment contract is about to expire. The prerequisite for receiving an Bildungsgutscheinis a personal interview at Agentur für Arbeit or the job center. You can contact your Agentur für Arbeit or the job center in your city at any time for non-binding advice on whether funding is possible.
Subsidized further training only at AZAV-certified further training companies
You can only redeem your Bildungsgutschein voucher with certified providers. The entire range of courses offered by alfatraining is AZAV-approved and can be funded with Bildungsgutschein. This means that your training is free of charge. We recommend that you redeem your Bildungsgutschein as soon as possible, as Bildungsgutschein is only valid for a limited period of time.
