Safe teaching in the virtual alfatraining classroom

Since 2010, training courses at alfatraining have been held exclusively using the specially developed alfaview® video conferencing software. This has now been awarded the "fair.digital" and "Software Hosted in Germany" seals of approval.

The fair.digital initiative confirms the GDPR-compliant software with its seal of approval of the same name as a fair digital offering: alfaview® fully and completely implements the European General Data Protection Regulation, data settings and terms of use are transparent and easy to understand. As little data as possible is collected from users (data minimization) and is not passed on without their consent. The initiative thus recognizes alfaview® as a digital product that promotes digital sovereignty and offers clear and understandable benefits for users.

The Bundesverband IT-Mittelstand e.V. (BITMi) also recognizes alfaview® as GDPR-compliant video conferencing software and thus as particularly data-secure software by awarding it the "Software Hosted in Germany" seal of approval. The seal of approval confirms German quality standards, best availability, future security and trustworthiness in terms of data protection, especially with regard to sensitive company data on the Internet: Without exception, the software is hosted in data centers located and headquartered in Germany and data is processed exclusively within the GDPR area.

With the development and use of alfaview®, alfatraining guarantees a secure learning environment in which participants' personal data is protected. The video conferencing software is now also being used very successfully by various other educational institutions and companies.
