Qualification for the world of work 4.0

The requirements on the labour market are changing - new technologies and increasing digitalization are changing many work processes and creating ever new job profiles.

In line with these developments, we at alfatraining also regularly adapt our course portfolio in order to provide our participants with the best possible qualifications and prepare them for the labor market of the present and future.

Since July 2022, alfatraining has been offering further new courses in the field of qualification for the world of work 4.0:

• SOLIDWORKS Mechanical Design: based on our existing SOLIDWORKS courses with CSWA certification, the course teaches the design of parametric 3D models and associated drawings. The course concludes with the original CSWP certification (Certified SOLIDWORKS Professional).

• The human resources area has been expanded to include recruiting: The "Aptitude diagnostician" course teaches - based on DIN 33430 - how to determine and document the aptitude of applicants.

• Two new BIM courses can be recognized as further training by the chambers of architects (BE, BB, BW; HE, NRW, RP) upon application to alfatraining.

  • BIM Modeler with Revit: The course provides knowledge in the creation and maintenance of BIM building models.

  • BIM coordinator: BIM coordinators define and coordinate the tasks and responsibilities of those involved in the project. In this course, participants learn how to guarantee data exchange and ensure the quality of information and processes.
