alfatraining is a partner of Bündnis.Weiterbildung.Ruhr, which comprises various regional networks with a total of more than 150 further education companies. The alliance aims to help raise awareness of the importance of continuing education in society, politics and business and to better reach people interested in continuing education with qualification offers. To this end, the partners organize workshops, conferences, congresses and campaigns.

Under the motto "You can do more", the alliance has set itself the goal of highlighting the importance of continuing professional development for the Ruhr 2022 continuing education campaign, particularly in today's dynamic working world. Torsten Withake, Chairman of the Management Board of the North Rhine-Westphalia Regional Directorate of the Federal Employment Agency, emphasizes that the motto applies "to all of us": further training can improve career opportunities and at the same time help to ensure that the economy has the skilled workers it needs.
