New PCEP™ certification for alfatraining

From 5 May 2025, the training company alfatraining will be offering the internationally recognized certification exam PCEP™ - Certified Entry-Level Python Programmer from OpenEDG as part of the Programmierung mit Python course. With this, alfatraining is expanding its range of IT training courses with a future-oriented qualification module that optimally prepares participants for entry into the world of programming and opens up strong career prospects.

Python is one of the most important programming languages in the world today. It is indispensable when it comes to modern technologies such as artificial intelligence (AI), machine learning, automation and data science. Mastering Python opens up access to one of the most dynamic job markets of our time. Companies in all industries are looking for qualified specialists with Python skills - whether in software development, analyzing large amounts of data or building intelligent systems.

In the 4-week course Programmierung mit Python, participants learn the central basics of the Python programming language in a practical and understandable way. Step by step, they are introduced to the logic of programming - including typical application examples that directly prepare them for real-life professional scenarios. At the end of the course, participants can take the PCEP™ exam and be officially certified as a "Certified Entry-Level Python Programmer". The exam is held in English and certifies a sound knowledge of Python - a plus point for any job application in the IT sector.

The PCEP™ certification, which is recognized in Germany and abroad, is valid for life and permanently documents the skills acquired.
