For our company we are looking for lecturers for the topics of architecture in the areas of cost determination, tendering, awarding and billing as well as BIM Modeler Revit nationwide - also in the home office.

Your tasks

You will teach people with a degree in architecture and civil engineering as well as draughtsmen, construction technicians and specialists from related sectors with appropriate professional training and experience who want to build up sound knowledge in the following key areas:

• Standards and regulations; determination of areas and room contents; cost calculation according to DIN 276, working with the BKI cost planner, VOB, digital awarding and invoicing processes with Sirados and Orca AVA, overview of HOAI
• Basics in BIM and CDE, Solibri/BCF messages, Revit; BIM models, IFC import and export; attributes; collision control in Revit; BIM objects

Your work will also be supplemented by:

• Contributing to the conception and further development of new course offerings as well as revising the content of existing topics
• Active support in the selection, evaluation and compilation of suitable technical and teaching literature

Your profile

• Training or studies and practical expertise
• Training experience and certifications in the relevant areas are an advantage
• Knowledge of video teaching is not a prerequisite
