The course provides you with comprehensive knowledge of human resources management - from payroll accounting, personnel planning, development and controlling to individual and collective employment law. You will also learn the basics of aptitude diagnostics in accordance with DIN 33430 and become familiar with modern methods such as interviews and assessment centers. The course is rounded off with current topics such as New Work and the practical use of artificial intelligence in everyday working life.

After the course, you will have in-depth knowledge of current payroll tax and social security law as well as practical knowledge of payroll accounting, the legally compliant classification of employees and the development of efficient HR processes. You will apply current key figures and lump sums with confidence, master the reporting and call-off system and implement non-cash benefits, salary conversions, deductions and offsetting in a practical manner. You will also be able to correctly assess travel expense cases and use AI tools in the HR context in compliance with the law and data protection regulations.

The course then offers a systematic introduction to HR work. You will learn the core areas of human resources management and can apply them in a practice-oriented way.

You will also have knowledge of the core areas of employment law. These include employment and collective agreements, employee and employer obligations and works constitution law.

After this course, you will also be able to assess the suitability of both internal and external applicants and create requirement profiles based on DIN 33430. You will have mastered questioning techniques to test competencies and be familiar with legal conditions and special features.

Didactic concept

Your lecturers are highly qualified both professionally and didactically and will teach you from the first to the last day (no self-study system).

You will learn in effective small groups. The courses usually consist of 6 to 25 participants. The general lessons are supplemented by numerous practical exercises in all course modules. The practice phase is an important part of the course, as it is during this time that you process what you have just learned and gain confidence and routine in its application. The final section of the course involves a project, a case study or a final exam.
