Changes are possible. The course content is updated regularly.

Knowledge of quality-related activities is recommended for the course. In addition, the course requires a good knowledge of English for the certification exam, ideally you already have the Professional Scrum Master (PSM I) certification.

After completing the course, you will have an in-depth understanding of the most important ISO standards and their integration. You will know the basics of management systems, have mastered the process-oriented approach and understand the challenges of implementation. You will be able to plan, structure and implement an IMS, effectively integrating different standards. You also have skills in auditing, certification and documentation of IMS. With this knowledge, you will be able to successfully introduce, audit and continuously improve complex management systems in organizations.

You will also be able to contribute effectively as a specialist and manager in a modern, digitally networked working environment. You can contribute to the development of key strategies to implement processes in a meaningful way. In addition, you have a firm grasp of the Scrum framework and can manage product development as a product owner, are familiar with Scrum artifacts and can take on backlog management.

The course is aimed at specialists and managers from production and service companies, public administration and operational management.

Numerous requirements and standards determine the everyday life of companies and make it difficult to reduce the internal administrative workload in order to achieve an increase in productivity and greater process efficiency. By creating an integrated management system (IMS), a standardized system can be used for different areas, thus reducing the complexity of processes and the internal administrative burden. Employees with the relevant expertise to set up such an IMS are in demand on the job market across all sectors in large and medium-sized companies.

In addition, specialists with knowledge of digital leadership, agile methods and the use of AI are in high demand, as companies are increasingly focusing on digitalization. You can work in management positions, as a digital transformation manager or agile coach.

Didactic concept

Your lecturers are highly qualified both professionally and didactically and will teach you from the first to the last day (no self-study system).

You will learn in effective small groups. The courses usually consist of 6 to 25 participants. The general lessons are supplemented by numerous practical exercises in all course modules. The practice phase is an important part of the course, as it is during this time that you process what you have just learned and gain confidence and routine in its application. The final section of the course involves a project, a case study or a final exam.

Virtual classroom alfaview®

Lessons take place using modern alfaview® video technology - either from the comfort of your own home or at our premises at Bildungszentrum. The entire course can see each other face-to-face via alfaview®, communicate with each other in lip-sync voice quality and work on joint projects. Of course, you can also see and talk to your connected trainers live at any time and you will be taught by your lecturers in real time for the entire duration of the course. The lessons are not e-learning, but real live face-to-face lessons via video technology.

The courses at alfatraining are funded by Agentur für Arbeit and are certified in accordance with the AZAV approval regulation. When submitting a Bildungsgutscheinor Aktivierungs- und Vermittlungsgutschein, the entire course costs are usually covered by your funding body.
Funding is also possible via Europäischen Sozialfonds (ESF), Deutsche Rentenversicherung (DRV) or regional funding programs.
