Transformation Manager and Manager for Applied AI Transformation

The course covers the key areas of transformation management, which ensures the targeted adaptation of companies to the rapidly changing markets and technologies in the course of digital transformation, and supplements this with relevant knowledge on the strategic introduction of artificial intelligence in companies. The key terms of Industry 4.0 and 5.0, the challenges of the Internet of Things (IoT) and the digital transformation in companies are first discussed, and the basic terms, methods, techniques and tools of modern project management are explained. In addition, the tasks and challenges of current change processes in the course of digital transformation in companies as well as change management as a success factor in dealing with these processes are highlighted and you will learn to evaluate and apply AI tools, develop an AI governance and strategy and successfully design change processes and organizational structures.

You will learn important technical terms and processes relating to the new industrial revolution and have knowledge of the introduction and support of digital transformation in the company. You will also master basic project management techniques and be able to apply them. You will also understand how important change and innovation are for business success and know the impact of changing processes and structures on the working environment.

Furthermore, you will be able to strategically anchor AI in your company, design change processes and organizational structures, evaluate use cases and ensure the benefits and success of AI initiatives at company level.

The course is aimed at business-oriented individuals who are facing the entrepreneurial challenges of digitalization and would like to introduce or support it in their company and team.

Specialists with expertise in the field of Industry 4.0 and knowledge of project management are not only employed by large industrial companies. Small and medium-sized companies that want to participate in the digital transformation are also looking for qualified personnel with knowledge of Industry 4.0. In addition, interdisciplinary knowledge of digital processes is in demand across all sectors.

AI and digital transformation are also increasingly central topics in companies. With this knowledge, you can control the areas of AI management, transformation and innovation in the company and are therefore attractive for all industries.

Didactic concept

Your lecturers are highly qualified both professionally and didactically and will teach you from the first to the last day (no self-study system).

You will learn in effective small groups. The courses usually consist of 6 to 25 participants. The general lessons are supplemented by numerous practical exercises in all course modules. The practice phase is an important part of the course, as it is during this time that you process what you have just learned and gain confidence and routine in its application. The final section of the course involves a project, a case study or a final exam.

 

Virtual classroom alfaview®

Lessons take place using modern alfaview® video technology - either from the comfort of your own home or at our premises at Bildungszentrum. The entire course can see each other face-to-face via alfaview®, communicate with each other in lip-sync voice quality and work on joint projects. Of course, you can also see and talk to your connected trainers live at any time and you will be taught by your lecturers in real time for the entire duration of the course. The lessons are not e-learning, but real live face-to-face lessons via video technology.

 

The courses at alfatraining are funded by Agentur für Arbeit and are certified in accordance with the AZAV approval regulation. When submitting a Bildungsgutscheinor Aktivierungs- und Vermittlungsgutschein, the entire course costs are usually covered by your funding body.
Funding is also possible via Europäischen Sozialfonds (ESF), Deutsche Rentenversicherung (DRV) or regional funding programs. As a regular soldier, you have the option of attending further training courses via Berufsförderungsdienst (BFD).
