Process and AI manager

The course combines the topics of process and AI management, which are relevant to everyday working life: on the one hand, processes must become more effective and efficient in order to meet the requirements of everyday working life, while on the other hand, the aim is to drive forward the digital transformation through the use of artificial intelligence. Process management is therefore discussed first - from the basics and the comparison of operational and strategic process management to the management of process-oriented organizations. This is followed by an introduction to AI management and the teaching of various AI applications and tools for targeted planning, control and implementation, as well as monitoring and optimization of AI projects.
